PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN ADMINISTRASI PERUSAHAAN UMUM DAMRI UABK SURABAYA

Abstract

Damri UABK Surabaya Public Company is one of the branches of Damri Public Company which organizes transportation for passengers by using motorized vehicles which up to now still carry out their duties consistently as one of the passenger transportation service providers using buses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, motivation, work discipline on the performance of employees in the Administration Section. Research use a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 52 respondents of Damri UABK Surabaya Public Company Administration Section. Statistical analysis using Partial Least Square with the help of software smartPLS 3.0. The results of the study explain that organizational commitment does not affect performance. Motivation does not affect performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on commitment, Motivation has apositive and significant effect on work discipoline. The implication of research that can be done in the company is to motivate the provision of appropriate salary to employees based on their work and ability to complete their tasks.
