PRAKTIK SDM, JOB CRAFTING DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aims to determine and explain the influence of HR Practice, Job Crafting and Work Engagement towards Employee Performance at PT PolowijoGosari Gresik. This research is a type of causal research using quantitative approach with permanent employees and sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling with sample of 70 permanent employees. Statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance software SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that HR Practice was positively related to Job Crafting, HR Practice was not significantly related to Employee Performance, Job Crafting was not significantly related to Work Engagement, Job Crafting was not significantly related to Employee Performance, and Work Engagement was positively related to Employee Performance.
