PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA CAI BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA MATERI ALAT-ALAT OPTIK POKOK BAHASAN MATA UNTUK SISWA KELAS VIII DI SMPN 1 PLANDAAN JOMBANG

Abstract

Mata pelajaran IPA merupakan mata pelajaran yang memerlukan sebuah sumber belajar lainnya sebagai sarana bahan belajar yang membuat konkrit konsep yang abstrak dalam materi. Salah satu materi mata pelajaran IPA yaitu materi alat optik pokok bahasan mata pada kelas VIII, data yang diperoleh siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami isi materi. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah menghasilkan media CAI berbasis Android tentang alat-alat optik pokok bahasan mata, dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi alat-alat optik pokok bahasan mata. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Research and Development (R&D) menurut Sugiyono Dengan hasil uji coba angket perorangan dikategorikan baik sekali dengan perolehan presentase 95,8%, hasil uji coba angket kelompok kecil dikategorikan baik sekali dengan perolehan presentase 87,8%, dan hasil uji coba angket kelompok besar dikategorikan baik sekali dengan perolehan presentase 85,5%. Sehingga pada hasil nilai dari pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan pada kelas control dan kelas eksperiment menggunakan analisis data uji tes diperoleh  adalah 2,393 dan dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh  = 2,000, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

SAIN subject is subject that requires a resource to learn more as a means of learning materials that make abstract consept concrete in the material. One of the SAIN subject matter optical matter optical device that is the subject matter of the material points in the eighth grade, the data obtained that the students have difficulty in understanding the content of the material. Purpose of this research is to produce media based CAI tools android on the subject matter of the eye optical devices, to improve student learning outcames in SAIN subjects material tool eye optical devices subject matter. Development model that used is a model research and development (R&D) according to Sugiyono. Collection of data obtained through documentation, interviews, to the creative and media members, a survey and testing. And also evidenced by the results of individual trials categorized questionnaire excellent presentation by gaining 95,8%, the result of testing a small questionnaire categorized groups to obtain excellent presentation 87,8%, and the test result are categorized very well a large group with the acquisition of presentation 85,5%. So that the results of the pre-test and post-test were performed on the control class and experimental class using the analysis of the test data obtained  test is 2,392 and by using the distribution table test-t with significance level of 5% was obtained table  = 2,000, thus Ho rejected and Ha is received.
