PENGEMBANGAN MODUL ELEKTRONIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN ANIMASI 3 DIMENSI MATERI POKOK PEMODELAN OBJEK 3D KELAS XI MULTIMEDIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DI SMK NEGERI 1 MAGETAN

Abstract

Modul elektronik adalah bahan ajar mandiri yang disusun secara  sistematis ke dalam pembelajaran terkecil untuk  mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu yang disajikan dalam bentuk elektronik yang bersifat Self Instruction, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptif, dan User Friendly yang memuat satu materi pembelajaran. Siswa diharapkan lebih utama dalam memanfaatkan modul elektronik. Mata pelajaran yang membutuhkan belajar mandiri adalah mata pelajaran Animasi 3 Dimensi. Animasi 3 Dimensi adalah objek animasi yang berada pada ruang 3D. Objek animasi ini dapat dirotasi dan berpindah seperti objek riil.

Tujuan pengembangan modul elektronik adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang (1) pengembangan modul elektronik pada mata pelajaran Animasi 3 Dimensi materi pokok Pemodelan Objek 3D Kelas XI Multimedia untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di SMK Negeri 1 Magetan dan (2) pengaruh penggunaan modul elektronik animasi 3 dimensi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Negeri 1 Magetan pada materi pokok pemodelan objek 3D mata pelajaran Animasi 3 Dimensi.

Teknik pengumpulan data dari ahli materi dan ahli media menggunakan teknik wawancara, sedangkan untuk siswa menggunakan angket dan tes. Hasil wawancara kepada ahli materi dan ahli media sebagai acuan untuk merevisi produk yang dikembangkan, sedangkan hasil tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan modul elektronik.

Berdasarkan hasil tahapan uji coba kelompok besar, yakni uji coba pada siswa kelas XI Multimedia diperoleh data thitunglebih besar dari pada t tabel yaitu 15,11>2,042. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media modul elektronik pada Mata Pelajaran Animasi 3 Dimensi Materi Pokok Pemodelan Objek 3D efektif karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI multimedia SMK Negeri 1 Magetan.

Abstract

Electronic modules are self-contained teaching materials which are arranged into the smallest learning systematically to achieve specific learning purposes that are presented in form of electronically in which is in self-instruction, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive, and User Friendly that is contained one learning material. The students are expected to be able in utilizing the electronic modules. The subject, which need for the independent learning material, is 3D Animation. 3D animation is an animated object which is located in 3D space. These animated objects can be rotated and moved like objects in the real life.

 The purposes of the development of electronic modules are to obtain the description of (1) the development of electronic modules on the subject matter of 3 Dimensional Animation, 3D Object Modelling for XI Class of Multimedia program to improve the students’ learning results in SMK Negeri 1 Magetan and to obtain the description of (2) the effect of using of electronic module 3 dimensional animation toward the students’ learning result of XI Class of Multimedia program from SMK Negeri 1 Magetan in the subject matter of 3D objects modelling in 3D Animation.

The techniques of data collection from the experts in material and media aspects used interview techniques, while the students used questionnaires and tests for collecting the data. The interviews results from the expert of media and material aspect are used as the references for revising the products development, in other side the test’s results of the students is used to determine the student learning improvement after using the electronic modules.

Based on the trying out results of the large group, which was tried to the students of XI class of Multimedia program, found that t-value data is larger than t-table (15.11> 2.042). It concludes that the media electronic modules in 3 Dimensional Animation Subjects for 3D Object Modelling Topic is effective because by using the electronic module improve the students’ learning results of XI class of multimedia pogram in SMK N1 Magetan.
