PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V DI SD NEGERI TAMBAK SAWAH SIDOARJO

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Tambak Sawah pada mata pelajaran IPA materi pokok Bumi dan Alam Semesta (Sumber Daya Alam). Model pembelajaran CTL pada intinya digunakan untuk mengaitkan materi-materi disekolah dengan masalah kontekstual dikehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga materi lebih mudah dipahami siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian eksperimen, dengan subjek penelitian dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan model ceramah dan kelompok eksperimen dengan pembelajaran CTL. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes dan observasi. Untuk menguji hasil penelitian dilakukan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t, yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil tes antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis dan penyajian data menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran CTL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil uji t antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan hasil signifikasi dengan nilai t hitung 3,21 yang mana setelah dikonsultasikan dengan t tabel (df 48) 1,677, nilai t hitungnya lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sehingga Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPA kelas V materi pokok Bumi dan Alam Semesta.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know learning Contextual Teaching and Learning Model impact on outcomes learning in class V of SDN Tambak Sawah on the subjects of science subject matter of the earth and the. CTL model in essence used to materials link in the school with life of the problem daily, so the material more easily to understood by student. This researced are experiment, with the subject of research two groups, are the groups of control by used the direct learning model and the group of experiments with CTL model. The method to data collection researched is test and observation. To test the results of the research was done technique analysis data using t test, that is by comparing test results between the control groups and experiment groups. The results of the analysis of the data shows that the experiment by applying CTL model influential of the outcomes learning . t test between the experiment and the control group show results significance in with the tcount 3,21 which after reviewed by ttable ( df 48 ) 1,677 , value tcount greater than the ttable so Contextual Teaching and Learning model impact on outcomes learning of students in subjects science grade V subject matter the earth and the universe.
