PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI KOMUNIKASI DALAM JARINGAN BAGI SISWA KELAS X TEKNIK KOMPUTER DAN JARINGAN DI SMK AL-AZHAR GRESIK

Proses pembelajaran merupakan komponen utama dalam pendidikan dan menjadi salah satu penentu ketuntasan hasil belajar. Kurangnya variasi dalam pemberlajaran menyebabkan hasil belajar peserta didik kurang maksimal. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk memberikan gambaran tentang proses penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada Materi Komunikasi dalam Jaringan Kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Al-Azhar Gresik. (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Komunikasi dalam Jaringan Kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Al-Azhar Gresik. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan observasi untuk mengamati aktivitas belajar yang berkaitan dengan proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari observasi aktivitas belajar dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas belajar yang berkaitan dengan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil analisis data dari hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 6.5 menjadi 8.5. Dan adanya hasil uji One-way Anava t hitung memperoleh hasil yang lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 18,59 untuk t hitung dan 2,26 untuk t tabel dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Learning process is primary component in education. It also becomes one thing, which determines the completeness of study result. The lack of teaching variation cause the student cannot reach the maximal result of learning. Cooperative strategy STAD type is one of alternative way which can be used to solve this problem. The objectives of this research are 1) to give illustration about the process of applying Cooperative instruction model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on comunication in network materials tenth grade of technique of computer and network in Al- Azhar Vocational high school Gresik. The second is to know the effect of cooperatie instruction model type STAD to the students’ learning result on network comunication subject tenth grade of technique of computer and network in Al- Azhar Vocational high school Gresik. The research method that is used is quantitative method. The data are gathered by using test to know the students’ learning result and observation to observe learning activity that is related with teaching learning process.Based on the result of data analysis from observation of learning activity, it can be concluded that learning activity which is related with teaching learning process belong to good category. Beside, the result of data analysis of the result of students’ learning showed that cooperative instruction model type STAD can increase the learning result. It can be proven by the average of students’ learning result which is increase from 6.5 to 8.5. It is also proven by the result of One way of Anava test which get a higher result from t table that is 18.59 for t count and 2.26 for t table. Therefore, it can be concluded that cooperative instruction model type STAD can increase the learning result.
