PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA MODUL MICROSOFT OFFICE PADA KEJURUAN TATA NIAGA PROGRAM PELATIHAN OPERATOR KOMPUTER DI UPT PELATIHAN KERJA MOJOKERTO

Kegiatan pelatihan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengasah soft skill seseorang dalam menyiapkan dirinya memasuki dunia kerja, dimojokerto khususnya kegiatan pelatihan dapat diikuti di UPT Pelatihan kerja mojokerto, namun di UPT pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto ada masalah yang dihadapi oleh peserta pelatihan yaitu kurangnya inovatif media modul yang digunakan, karena modul untuk kegiatan pembelajaran hanya berupa foto copy dan tidak dapat dibawa pulang, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran kurang maksimal

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Diperlukan pengembangan media modul microsoft office pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer yang layak digunakan di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto dan Diperlukan pengembangan media modul microsoft office pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto, dan penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media modul microsoft office pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer yang layak digunakan untuk sumber belajar di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto dan menghasilkan media modul microsoft office pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto, serta spesifikasi produk media modul ini dikemas dalam bentuk buku dan terdapat RPP yang bermodul untuk proses pelatihan..

Model pengembangan yang digunakan model pengembangan R&D (Research and Development) dengan metode pengumpulan data angket dan uji tes pilihan ganda, Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil uji kelayakan media modul pada ahli materi I dan II dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil uji kelayakan media modul pada ahli materi I dan II dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk uji coba perorangan mendapatkan 85%, uji coba kelompok kecil 91,6%, dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 96,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media modul microsoft office pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer layak digunakan di UPT Kerja Mojokerto

Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar penggunaan media menggunkan uji-t dengan d. b= N-1 = 36-1 = 35 (dikonsultasikan dengan tabel nilai t) dengan nilai t 0,05 harga t = 1,689 dimana pada pengembangan ini menghasilkan t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel 5,78 > 1,689, dengan demikian menunjukan bahwa media Modul ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada kejuruan tata niaga program pelatihan operator komputer di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Mojokerto.

ABSTRACK

Training activities are one way to hone the soft skills of people before entering the working world, at Mojokerto especially training activities that can be followed in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto, but in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto there is a problem faced by trainees that the module media is less innovative, the module for learning activities only in the form of photo copy and can not be taken home, so the learning activities can not maximal.

The formulation of the problem in this research is Required development of microsoft office module media on commerce vocational training program of computer operator that is proper to use in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto and Required development of microsoft office module media on commerce vocational training program of computer operator that can improve learning outcomes in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto, This research has a goal to produce of microsoft office module media on commerce vocational training program of computer operator that is proper to use in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto and to produce of microsoft office module media on commerce vocational training program of computer operator that can improve learning outcomes in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto. The specification of microsoft office module packed a book and RPP for learning.

the development model is the development of the R & D model (Research and Development) by questionnaire collection method and test of multiple choice test, based on the data analysis with the specification of module that blue cover, type of cover paper is art paper, on the contents using a5 80gram paper, the materials are operating and application of micrpspft word, microsoft exel and microsoft power point, and worksheets between the summary material at the end of each chapter and instructions for use, the results of modul media feasibility test on the material experts I and II can be categorized very good. Media experts I and II get very good results. While for individual trials 85%, small group trial 91.6%, and large group trials 96.6%. Can be conclused that the microsoft office module media on commerce vocational training program of computer operator is proper in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto.

Then to know the learning outcomes improvement of media usage use t-test with d. b = N-1 = 36-1 = 35 (consulted with t value table) with value t0,05 price t = 1,689 which the result of this development t count bigger than t table 5,78 > 1,689, thus indicating that this module media can improve learning outcomes on commerce vocational training program of computer operator in UPT Work Training of Mojokerto.
