PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA 3 DIMENSI BUSY BOOK PADA TEMA ALAT TRANSPORTASI SUB TEMA MACAM-MACAM TRANSPORTASI DI TK KELOMPOK A KARTIKA IV-92 SURABAYA

Abstract

Busy Book merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Media Busy Book ini terbuat dari kain flannel dan di bentuk menjadi sebuah buku dengan berbagai warna dan berisi aktivitas permainan sederhana yang mampu merangsang motoric halus anak, seperti mencocokkan bentuk dan menjahit. Media busy book merupakan media yang efektif untuk mengajarkan kosakata sederhana secara menarik. Tujuan penelitian adalah diperlukannya pengembangan media Busy Book, uji kelayakan media dan uji keefektifan media di TK kelompok A. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian & pengembangan (research and development) dengan mengacu pada model yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, angket dan wawancara. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu (1) Reseach and Information Collecting (2) Planning (3) DevelopPreliminary Form of Product (4) Preliminary Field testing (5) Main Product Revision (6) Main Field Testing (7) Operational Product Revision (8) Operational Field Testing (9) Final product Revision dan (10) Dissemination and Implementation. Efektivitas penggunaan media 3 dimensi Busy Book dilihat melalui hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap tema alat transportasi yakni berdasarkan dengan perhitungan diperoleh Zh sebesar 4,60, sehingga apabila dibandingkan dengan nilai kritis pada uji tanda (Zt) taraf signifikan 5% dengan n = 23 adalah sebesar 73, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga ada perubahan signifikan pembelajaran sebelum menggunakan media dan sesudah menggunakan media 3 dimensi Busy Book di kelompok A. Maka media 3 dimensi Busy Book dapat dikatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran tema mengenal macam-macam transportasi.

Abstract

Busy Book is an interactive learning media. Busy Book Media is made of flannel cloth and in the form of a book with various colors and contains a simple game activity that is able to stimulate fine motoric child, such as matching the shape and sewing. The medium busy book is an effective medium to teach simple vocabulary in an interesting way. The purpose of this research is the need of developing Busy Book media, media feasibility test and media effectiveness test in Group A kindergarten. This research uses research & development (research and development) with reference to the model developed by Borg and Gall. Subjects in this study as many as 23 students. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The development procedure is done through several stages: (1) Reseach and Information Collecting (2) Planning (3) Develop Preliminary Form of Product Preliminary Field testing Main Product Revision Main Field Testing (7) Operational Product Revision ( 8) Operational Field Testing (9) Final product Revision and (10) Dissemination and Implementation. The effectiveness of the use of 3-dimensional Busy Book media is seen through the results before and after using the media to the theme of transportation ie based on the calculation obtained by Zh of 4.60, so when compared with the critical value on the sign test (Zt) 5% significant level with n = 23 is equal to 73, then Ha accepted and Ho rejected. So there are significant changes in learning before using the media and after using 3-dimensional Busy Book media in group A. Then the 3-dimensional Busy Book media can be said to be effective for use in learning themes to know the various kinds of transportation
