PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA MODUL PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA MATERI STRUKTUR BUMI DAN MATAHARI DI SD IT TAHFIDZ CENDEKIA SIDOARJO

Berdasarkan studi awal dan oservasi yang dilakukan peneliti pada anggal 6 Februari 2018 diperoleh informasi bahwa ada 70% dari 25 siswa mendapatkan nilai dibawah KKM pada mata pelajaran IPA. Hal ini dikarenakan Siswa kurang antusias dalam proses pembelajaran, dan kendala dalam pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya sumber belajar dan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa. metode yang digunakan guru hanya mengandalkan buku BSE dan metode ceramah. Oleh sebab tujuan penelitian mengembangkan media modul yang didalamnya berisi Pop-Up pada mata pelajaran IPA yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Model yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media ini adalah model ADDIE(Analyze,Design,Develop,Impliment,Evaluate). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisa data pretest-postest. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil uji kelayakan media modul pada ahli materi I dan II dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Ahli media I dan II didapatkan hasil yang sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk uji coba perorangan mendapatkan 90%, uji coba kelompok kecil 90%, dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 94%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Modul Cetak Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA ini dikatakan layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui keefektifan media menggunkan uji-t dengan Berdasarkan perhitungan diatas dengan taraf signifikan 5% dengan d.b- 1= 19-1, sehingga diperoleh t tabel = 1.734. Jadi, t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 18,63 >1.734. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa media modul cetak mata pelajaran IPA materi pokok struktur bumi dan matahari efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD IT Cendekia Krian Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Based on preliminary studies and observations conducted by researchers on February 6, 2018, information was obtained that 70% of 25 students scored below the KKM in science subjects. This is because students are less enthusiastic in the learning process, and obstacles in learning are lack of learning resources and lack of student motivation. the method used by the teacher only relies on the BSE book and the lecture method. Therefore the researchers goal is to develop a media module which contains Pop-Ups on science subjects that are feasible and effectively used in the learning process.

The model used in the development of this media is the ADDIE model. Data collection methods used were interview and questionnaire instruments. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the module media feasibility test on material experts I and II can be categorized very well. Media experts I and II got very good results. Whereas the individual trials received 90%, the small group trials 90%, and the large group trials amounted to 94%. It can be concluded that the Print Module media on Natural Sciences is said to be suitable for use in the learning process. Furthermore, to find out the effectiveness of the media using the t-test based on the above calculation with a significant level of 5% with d.b-1 = 19-1, so we get t table = 1.734. So, t count is greater than t table, that is 18.63> 1.734. So it can be concluded that the printed media module of natural science subject matter of the structure of the earth and the sun is effective in improving student learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD IT Scholar Krian Sidoarjo.
