PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PJBL) MATERI FOTOGRAFI DASAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMKN 8 SURABAYA
Abstract
Berpikir kreatif merupakan satu diantara keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh pelajar pancasila. Berdasarkan
observasi dengan salah satu guru DKV di SMKN 8 Surabaya, keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik masih
sangat rendah. Model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat digunakan adalah salah satu faktor penyebab dari keadaan
tersebut. Model pembelajaran yang dikaji pada penelitian ini adalah model project based learning. Model tersebut
sesuai dengan perkembangan kurikulum pada kelas X yang sedang diterapkan yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan model project based
learning dan peningkatan dalam berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi
experiment dengan jenis nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada peserta didik kelas X
DKV 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X DKV 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Keterlaksanaan langkah-langkah
model pembelajaran project based learning pada materi fotografi dasar sangat baik dengan rata-rata sebesar
92,85%. Data nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang diberi perlakuan model direct instruction sebesar 7.34
mendapatkan kriteria cukup kreatif. Sedangkan untuk kelas eksperimen yang mendapat perlakuan menggunakan
model project based learning sebesar 12.53 mendapatkan kriteria sangat kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
terdapat pengaruh terhadap peningkatan yang tinggi dalam kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada peserta didik di kelas
eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan model project based learning.

ABSTRACT
Creative thinking is one of the skills that pancasila students must have. Based on observations with one of the
DKV teachers at SMKN 8 Surabaya, students' creative thinking skills are still very low. Inappropriate learning
models are one of the contributing factors to the situation. The learning model studied in this study is a projectbased
learning model. The model is in accordance with the development of the curriculum in class X that is being
applied, namely the Independent Curriculum. This study aims to examine the application of learning steps with
a project-based learning model and improvement in the creative thinking of students. This research is a quasiexperimental
study with a type of nonequivalent control group design. This research was applied to students of
class X DKV 2 as an experimental class and class X DKV 1 as a control class. The implementation of projectbased
learning model steps in basic photography materials is very good with an average of 92.85%. The data on
the average value of the control class treated by the direct instruction model of 7.34 received quite creative criteria.
Meanwhile, the experimental class that received treatment using a project-based learning model of 12.53 received
very creative criteria. The results showed that there was an influence on a high increase in creative thinking ability
in students in experimental classes who received project-based learning model treatment.
