Journal of Office Administration : Education and Practice is a peer-reviewed open-access journal, and published in May, August, and November. The journal invites scientists and practitioners worldwide to exchange and disseminate theoretical and practice-oriented topics of office administration and its implications for vocational education and training. The scope includes Office Administration, Business Communication, Business Service, Office Technology Automation, Office System Analysis, Record Management, Digital Information, Secretary, and Quality Management of Office. Submitted papers must be written in English for the minimum requirements of the initial review stage by editors, and a further review process by a minimum of two reviewers.
Since May 2023, the journal has been ACCREDITATED with 4th grade in Science and Technology Index (SINTA), or Sinta 4 by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (RistekDikti) of The Republic of Indonesia as an achievement for the peer-reviewed journal that has a good quality in management and publication. The recognition was published in Director Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023 on May 11, 20123, and covered articles from Volume 1 Issue 1, 2021 to Volume 5 Issue 3, 2025 as shown on the accreditation certificate.
