EFEKTIVITAS MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DENGAN MIND MAP PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENGANTAR ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN KELAS X APK DI SMKN 1 SURABAYATAHUN AJARAN 2016-2017

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan dan tanpa metode Mind Map pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X APK di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen murni. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X APK SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2016-2017 yang berjumlah 204 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapat 2 kelas yaitu X APK 3 dan X APK 4 sebanyak 34 peserta didik pada masing-masing kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar peserta didik secara klasikal dari kelas kontrol sebesar 76% sedangkan dari kelas eksperimen sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan analisis data uji-t diperoleh hasil bahwa thitung sebesar 5,198. Hasil tersebut kemudian dikonsultasikan pada ttabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan df = 66, diperoleh ttabel = 1,996. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (5,198 > 1,996). Kemudian pada hasil analisis selisih nilai pre-test dan post-test diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,024 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00. Sedangkan diketahui nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 dengan taraf signikansi 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima karena t-test < 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) dan thitung > ttabel (6,024 > 1,996) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan dan tanpa perpaduan metode mind map. Di mana hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan perpaduan metode mind map lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar peserta didik dari kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan perpaduan metode mind map.

Abstract

This research aims to know the difference in learning outcomes students use learning model of Discovery Learning methods with and without Mind folder on the subjects of Administrative Offices Introduction class X APK at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya 2016-2017 school year. This type of research is the study of pure experimentation. The population in this research is the entire class X APK SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya 2016-2017 school year that totaled 204 students. The research sample was selected using simple random sampling and obtained two classes namely the X APK 3 and X APK 4 as much as 34 students in each class. The results of this research show that the learners are learning thoroughly of classical from the control class of 76% while from experimental class of 100%. Based on the analysis of the data t-test obtained results that tcount of 5.198. The results are then consulted on ttable with 5% significant level and df = 66, retrieved ttable = 1.996. These results indicate that tcount > ttable (1,996 > 5.198). Then on the results of an analysis of the difference between the value of pre-test and post-test earned value tcount of 6.024 with sig. (2-tailed) 0.00. While the note value ttable of 1.996 with significant level 0.05. So it can be inferred that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted because t-test < 0,05 (0,00<0,05) and tcount > ttable (6,024>1,996). Thus, it can be drawn the conclusion that there is a difference between learning outcomes learner learning model that uses a discovery learning with and without fusion method of mind map. Where the results of the learning learners in class experiments using combination method of mind map is higher than the results folder learn learners from class control that does not use a mix of methods of mind map.
