Pengaruh Tata Ruang Kantor terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Tata Usaha di SMPN 1 Lamongan

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This type of research aim to analyze whether office layout effects on affect the performance of employees in the administration SMPN 1 Lamongan. This type of research is a quantitative research, with the sample of 20 employees of administration. Methods of data collection is by documentation, observation, and questionnaires. This research use simple linear regression for data analysis method with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. Based on the results of the research revealed that the office layout has significantly and positive effect on the performance of employee in the administration SMPN 1 Lamongan. This is evident from the 0001 level of significance ≤ 0.05 which means that significantly affect office layout influence the performance of clerical employees at SMPN1 Lamongan.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian tata usaha SMPN 1 Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel 20 karyawan tata usaha. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa tata ruang kantor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian tata usaha SMPN 1 Lamongan. Hal ini terlihat dari tingkat signifikansi 0001 ≤ 0,05 yang berarti bahwa tata ruang kantor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tata usaha di SMPN 1 Lamongan.
