The Journal of Positive Psychology and Digital Well-Being (JPPDW) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes cutting-edge research at the intersection of positive psychology, digital well-being, and psychological innovation. The journal serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how technology can enhance human flourishing, resilience, and mental health in the digital era.
JPPDW publishes empirical research, theoretical articles, reviews, and practical interventions focusing on areas such as digital resilience, psychological flexibility, positive education, digital parenting, psychotechnology, and e-therapy.
