The purpose of this study was to determine the basic technical abilities of futsal players, namely passing and control techniques on the Bintang Timur Surabaya professional futsal league team regarding the cessation of the futsal league due to the covid-19 pandemic and can use the results of this analysis for learning in improving futsal sports development in the future. which will come. The method used by the researcher is a quantitative research method in which the data will be compiled, processed and analyzed to find the problems that exist in the title. The source of the data used in this study is direct data taken through the match according to the title by the researcher which includes the analysis of the use of basic futsal techniques, namely passing and control. The results of the analysis of the passing and control of the East Star Surabaya vs SKN Kebumen team can be seen from the total number of passing and control performed by the Surabaya Timur star players In that match, all East Surabaya star players passed 281 times with correct passing descriptions 217 times (77%) and in that match all Surabaya East Star players made wrong passes 64 times (23%). In that match, the East Star Surabaya team also controlled 198 times with correct control descriptions 166 times (84%) and in this match all Surabaya East Star players did wrong control 32 times (16%). The conclusion from the analysis of the basic techniques of passing and control can be said that the activities that are often carried out are 281 times and those that are carried out correctly have more control (84%).
