This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning videos, the level of student learning motivation in learning videos and to determine student learning outcomes after using video learning media on CNC Turning material. This research is an RnD (research and development) research and uses a pretest-posttest control group design, while the research was conducted at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Research instruments in the form of learning achievement tests, expert validation questionnaires and questionnaires. To test the hypothesis using the independent sample t-test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of this study indicate that: (1) in the control class the pretest average value was 67 while the posttest average value was 83, (2) in the experimental class the pretest average value was 59 while the posttest average value was 91, this is higher than the control class, (3) the average posttest score of the experimental class is greater than the control class, namely 91> 83, which means that the learning outcomes of the experimental class are higher than the control class, on the independent sample t-test, the results obtained namely sig.2 tailed of 0.000 <0.05 the use of video learning media in learning non-conventional machining techniques is more effective.
