ANALISIS BIOMEKANIKA GERAKAN TENDANGAN DEPAN PADA ATLET PENCAK SILAT PAGAR NUSA DI PADEPOKAN KARUNASANKARA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biomekanika gerakan tendangan depan pada atlet pencak silat Pagar Nusa diPadepokan Karunasankara. Tendangan depan merupakan teknikdasar yang berperan penting dalam pencak silat kategori senikarena memengaruhi kemantapan gerakan dan perolehan poin.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitikdengan desain one-shot case study. Subjek penelitian terdiri dariempat atlet Pagar Nusa berusia 17–20 tahun. Data diperolehmelalui perekaman video gerakan tendangan depan dan dianalisis menggunakan software Kinovea untuk mengukur sudut gerak pada setiap fase, meliputi fase persiapan, pengangkatan kaki,tendangan, penarikan kaki, dan sikap akhir. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa seluruh atlet memiliki sikap awal dan akhir yang stabil dengan sudut 180°. Namun, terdapat variasi sudut fleksi dan ekstensi pada fase pengangkatan, tendangan, danpenarikan kaki yang memengaruhi efektivitas serta kemantapangerakan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis biomekanika efektifdigunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan peningkatan teknik tendangan depan atlet pencak silat kategori seni.
