Abstract

In Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engines, generally the fuel injection process is at the end of the intake manifold or inlet before the intake valve. So that when the intake valve opens in the intake step, the air that enters the combustion chamber is mixed with gasoline. The construction of the EFI system can be divided into 3 (three) main components, namely the fuel system, electronic control system, air intake system (induction system). The purpose of this final project is to add facilities and infrastructure in the electricity laboratory of the State University of Surabaya and to improve student competence as a learning medium for fuel systems using ECU.Thus, all methods of enhancing creativity are valuable to engineering designers during the conceptual design process. No engineering activity requires more creativity than design.The results of the design of the final project and the results of this trial include: 1) to become facilities and infrastructure in the car Electrical Laboratory, 2) To improve student competence as a learning media for fuel systems using ECU. Where in the trial there are several results, namely: a). Fuel pump pressure at first trial was 1.4061 kg / cm²; second trial 2.8122 kg / cm²; and the third trial 2.8122 kg / cm²; b). on Idle Air Control, the check engine light turns on for 71 flashes. For idle air control, it can be said that it is damaged which results in the engine speed being unstable if the position is stationary. With the material system trainer This fuel is expected to help the learning process in students.
