Pelatihan merupakan pengajaran atau pemberian pengalaman kepada seseorang untuk mengembangkan tingkah laku. Pelatihan pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura dengan media video merupakan salah satu solusi dalam teknik mendisplay, karena selama ini pemilik usaha kecil penjualan batik Madura di kecamatan Proppo belum mengerti cara mendisplay dengan baik dan menarik, selama ini mendisplay dengan cara dilipat dan disampirkan, dan belum pernah mendapatkan teknik wrap and drape dress dalam mendisplay. Pemilihan media video sebagai penyampaian pesan dikarenakan hampir seluruh pemilik usaha kecil penjualan batik Madura memanfaatkan alat komunikasi berupa handphone sebagai media penjualan, sehingga dengan media video peserta pelatihan dapat dengan mudah mengikuti langkah-langkah pembuatan wrap and drape dress, selain itu video juga dapat disimpan dan diputar berulang kali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktifitas instruktur selama proses pelaksanaan pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura dengan media video di Kecamatan Proppo Pamekasan Madura , untuk mengetahui hasil jadi pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura dengan media video di Kecamatan Proppo Pamekasan Madura, dan untuk mengetahui respon peserta selama pelatihan pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura dengan media video di Kecamatan Proppo Pamekasan Madura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian one shot case study. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 kali pertemuan, dengan total waktu 10 jam tatap muka dan 20 peserta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian observasi dan metode angket. Analisis data aktifitas instruktur menggunakan nilai mean, hasil belajar peserta dilihat dari proses dan hasil pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura serta hasil respon peserta menggunakan presentase. Hasil penelitian aktifitas instruktur pada pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura model I dengan mean 3,62 kategori baik, model II mendapatkan 3,71 kategori baik, dan model III mendapatkan 3,72 kategori baik. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa aktifitas instruktur sesuai aspek dan berjalan dengan baik. Hasil belajar peserta dilihat dari hasil mean peserta pelatihan kemudian dipresentasekan, terdapat 40% peserta mendapatkan nilai baik, dan 60% peserta mendapatkan nilai baik sekali. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa seluruh peserta pelatihan dikatakan berhasil dalam mengikuti seluruh proses pelatihan Hasil respon peserta terhadap pelatihan pembuatan wrap and drape dress batik Madura. Peserta  merasa senang, merupakan hal baru, mudah dipahami, instruktur mampu membimbing, dapat menjadi alternatif display, bermanfaat, perlu dikembangkan, dan media video menarik.

Abstract

Training was learning or experience given to someone to improve the attitude. The manufacture training of wrap and drape dress Batik Madura with video media was one of solutions in display technique, because all this time the small bussiness owner which sell Batik Madura in Kecamatan Proppo did not understand how to display in good and attractive ways, all this time the display used fold and drape, and never got wrap  and drape dress  techniques in display. Chose video media to deliver the messages because most of small bussiness owners of Batik Madura used communication device like handphones as sell, so through media video the participants could follow the step of manufacture wrap and drape dress easily, moreover the video was able to save and play in times. The research purposed to know trainer activities during the process of manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura with video media in Kecamatan Proppo Pamekasan Madura, to know the result of manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura with video media in Kecamatn Proppo Pamekasan Madura, and to know the respon of participants during the training of manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura with video media in Kecamatan Proppo Pamekasan Madura. The study was apparent experiment with one shot case study research design. The training was done in 2 meetings, with estimated time 10 hours, and 20 partipants. The data collection methods were observation research method and quesionnaire method. The analysis of trainer activities used mean rate, The result of participant studies showed from process and result of manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura, and also the result of participant responses used precentage. The result of trainer activities in manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura model I with mean 3,62 in good category, model II acquired 3,71 in good category, model III acquired 3,72 in good category. It was able to conclude that the trainer activities moved well and based on the aspects. The result of the participant studies showed from the participant mean result transformed into precentage, there was 40% participant got good rate, and 60% participant got best rate. It concluded that all participants succeed to follow the whole training process of manufacture wrap and drape dress Batik Madura. Participants felt happy, gained new experiences, easy to understand, the trainers was able to train well, be alternate display, gave benefit, needed to improvise, and interesting video media.
