Pengaruh Perbandingan Tinta Sablon Rubber White Dan Foaming Terhadap Hasil Jadi Hand Painting Pada Kain Taffeta

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan tinta sablon rubber white dan foaming terhadap hasil jadi hand painting dan untuk mengetahui hasil jadi terbaik dari perbandingan rubber white dan foaming 1:1, 2:1 atau 3:1 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan perhitungan teknik analisis anava tunggal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh perbandingan tinta sablon rubber white dan foaming terhadap hasil jadi hand painting pada kain taffeta, pada aspek hasil jadi motif relief hand painting dan daya rekat tinta sablon ada pengaruh dari tinta sablon rubber white dan foaming. Untuk hasil relief hand painting setelah pencucian tidak ada pengaruh hasil jadi hand painting setelah pencucian Hasil jadi hand painting perbandingan yang terbaik adalah 3 : 1.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of ratio of rubber white and foaming screen printing inks on the final product of hand painting and to know which ratio that resulted the best final product (whether 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1). This research use observation method with single anova analysis. The result of the research showed that there is effect of rubber white and foaming screen printing inks on the final result of hand painting on taffeta fabric in the aspect of the final result’s hand painting relief design and adhesiveness of ink there is significance effect of rubber white ink and foaming ink ratios.On relief hand painting after washing there is no effect on the final result after washing. Best hand painting final result is in ratio 3:1.
