Penelitian dilakukan dikelas X Busana Butik 3 SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya pada mata pelajaran tekstil. Tes pilihan ganda yang dilakukan belum sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan tes yang berkualitas karena tes tersebut hanya dibuat sesuai dengan ketentuan teoritiknya saja yaitu berdasarkan materi, konstruk, dan bahasa, sedangkan analisis empiris yang meliputi tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, validitas, dan reliabilitas tidak dihitung analisis kualitas tesnya karena membutuhkan waktu yang cenderung lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan tes pilihan ganda yang berkualitas dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi pada mata pelajaran tekstil siswa kelas X Busana Butik SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Desain penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah 4D (Define, Design, Development and Dissemination) tetapi perangkat pembelajaran ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis lembar validasi, validitas, reliabilitas, taraf kesukaran, dan daya beda. Hasil yang diperoleh peneliti: uji soal pertama dengan 30 siswa dari 50 butir soal untuk tingkat kesukaran terdapat 12 soal dengan kategori mudah, 23 soal dengan kriteria sedang dan 15 soal dengan kategori sukar, untuk daya pembeda diperoleh 12 soal jelek, 21 soal cukup, 17 soal baik, untuk validitas diperoleh 22 soal valid dan 28 soal tidak valid dan reliabilitas diperoleh r11=0,72. Uji coba soal kedua analisis tingkat kesukaran terdapat 13 butir soal dengan kategori mudah, 24 butir soal dengan kriteria sedang dan 13 butir soal dengan kategori sukar, analisis daya pembeda diperoleh hasil 5 soal jelek, 25 soal cukup, dan 15 soal baik, untuk validitas diperoleh 44 soal valid 6 soal tidak valid sedangkan reliabilitas diperoleh r11=0,74. Uji coba soal ketiga analisis tingkat kesukaran diperoleh 12 butir soal dengan kategori mudah, 28 butir soal dengan kriteria sedang dan 10 butir soal dengan kategori sukar, analisis daya pembeda diperoleh 22 soal cukup, dan 27 soal baik dan 1 soal baik sekali, untuk validitas diperoleh 50 soal valid sedangkan reliabilitas diperoleh r11=0,76.

This research conducted at class X boutique fashion in SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya on subject of textile. The multiple choice test conducted was suitable yet with quality test development procedure because that test only created as theoretical provision which are based on construction and language, while the empirical analysis including difficulty index, distinguishing power, validity, and reliability were not calculated it test quality analysis because tends to need more time. The purpose of this research are to know the development of quality multiple choice test and proper to be used as evaluation tool on subject of textile grader X Boutique Fashion in SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya.Type of this research was development research. The development research design of learning instrument used was 4D (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination) but this instrument only stop on development step. Data collecting technique in this research was test. Data analyzes used were validation sheet, validity, reliability, difficulty index, and distinguishing power. Result obtained are: the first trial test with 30 students, from 50 questions, for difficulty index obtained 12 questions within easy category, 13 questions within moderate category, and 15 questions within difficult category. For distinguishing power obtained 12 questions were poor, 21 questions were enough, and 17 questions were good. For validity obtained 22 questions were valid and 28 questions were not valid, and reliability obtained r11=0.72. At second trial test, analysis of difficulty index obtained 13 questions with easy category, 24 questions with moderate category, and 13 questions with difficult category. Analyzes of distinguishing power obtained result 5 question were poor, 25 questions were enough, and 15 question were good. For validity obtained 44 questions were valid, 6 questions were not valid, while reliability obtained r11=0.74. At third trial test, analysis of difficulty index obtained 12 questions with easy category, 28 questions with moderate category, and 10 questions with difficult category. Analyzes of distinguishing power obtained result 22 question were enough, 27 questions were good, and 1 question were very good. For validity obtained 50 questions were valid, while reliability obtained r11=0.76.
