Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung dengan Menggunakan Media Prototype Pada Sub Kompetensi Menjahit Kebaya Modifikasi Siswa Kelas XI Busana Butik 1 SMK Negeri Rengel

Pembelajaran langsung yang diterapkan untuk menyampaikan materi menjahit kebaya modifikasi sebelumnya belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM), hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya aktivitas guru dan siswa sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, respon siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran langsung dengan menggunakan media prototype pada sub kompetensi menjahit kebaya modifikasi Siswa Kelas XI Busana Butik 1 SMK Negeri Rengel. Je-nis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ada-lah observasi, tes dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi untuk aktivitas guru, lembar tes kognitif dan kinerja yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa baik secara individu maupun klasikal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata aktivitas guru pada siklus 1 adalah 2,90,  siklus 2 adalah 2,85 dan siklus 3 adalah 2,94. Tingkat ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 adalah 100% tuntas, siklus 2 adalah 100% tuntas dan siklus 3 adalah 100% tuntas. Respon siswa dapat dikatakan adanya respon positif karena persentase jawaban siswa pada setiap aspek pertanyaan berada ≥ 65%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran langsung dengan menggunakan media prototype pada sub kompetensi menjahit kebaya modifikasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar menjahit kebaya modifikasi Kelas XI Busana Butik 1 SMK Negeri Rengel.

Abstract

       Direct instruction which has been applied for sewing of kebaya modification has not reachead minimum achieved criteria, it happened because it was lack of teacher’s  and student’s activity  so that it affected the students learning outcome or achievement. The aims of this rasearch are to improve teacher’s  activity , the student’s responses and the student’s learning achievement  on sub subject for sewing of kebaya modification on grade XI Busana Butik 1 in SMK Negeri Rengel. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research. Data collecting methods conducted were observation, test  with research instrument in the form of observation sheet for teacher’s and student’s activity and examination sheet for cognitive anf psychomotor test which are both used to know the student’s learning achievement individually or clasically. Data analysis method used was descriptive cualitative analysis. The research yield shows that average of teacher’s activity at cycle 1 respectively 2,90, cycle 2 respectively 2,85 and cycle 3 respectively 2,94. Student activity respectively  at cycle 1 are 100 %, cycle 2 are 100 % and cycle 3 are 100 % too. The student’s responses can be said to be a positive response because the percentage of students in every aspect of the question is ≥ 65%. Through these yields, it could be concluded that the implementation of dirrect instruction are able to be  used to improve learning skill of the sewing kebaya modification on grader XI Busana Butik 1 in SMK Negeri Rengel.
