Studi Deskriptif Pelatihan Pembuatan Rok Upcycling Celana Jeans di Panti Asuhan Nurul Falah Mojokerto

Pelatihan pembuatan rok  upcycling celana  jeans di panti asuhan Nurul Falah Mojokerto diadakan untuk memberikan keterampilan menjahit rok upcycling celana jeans. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui : 1) aktivitas instruktur, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan, 3) hasil pelatihan, 4) respon peserta pelatihan pembuatan rok  upcycling celana  jeans di panti asuhan Nurul Falah Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian 12 remaja putri yang bisa menjahit. Objek penelitian aktivitas instruktur,  aktivitas peserta pelatihan, hasil pelatihan, respon peserta pelatihan pembuatan rok  upcycling celana  jeans di panti asuhan Nurul Falah Mojokerto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) aktivitas instruktur selama pelaksanaan pelatihan, persentase 100% dengan kategori sangat baik, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan selama pelaksanaan pelatihan, persentase 100% dengan kategori sangat baik, 3) hasil pelatihan memperoleh nilai rata-rata (66-79) sebanyak 67% dengan kategori baik, (80-100) sebanyak 33% dengan kategori sangat baik, 4) respon peserta pelatihan, yang menyatakan “Ya” yaitu 84%, yang menyatakan “Tidak” yaitu 16%. Dari hasil analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh aktivitas instruktur, aktivitas peserta, respon peserta dalam pelatihan pembuatan rok  upcycling celana  jeans di panti asuhan Nurul Falah Mojokerto diperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh hasil dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Making upcycling jeans skirt training at Nurul Falah orphanages Mojokerto is aimed to give skirt sewing skills made from upcycling jeans. the purposes of this study are to know: 1) the instructor’s activity, 2) the trainees’ activity, 3) the training result, and 4)  the trainees’ response of the making upcycling jeans skirt training at Nurul Falah orphanages Mojokerto. This research used descriptive quantitative. The subject of the study were 12 girls. The object of the study is the instructor’s activity, the trainees’ activity,  the training result, and  the trainees’ response. The data collection method used observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used the percentage of the instructor’s activity, trainees’ activity, results of the activity and the response of the training. The results of the study shows that 1) the instructor’s activity during the implementation of the training was 100%, categorized as very good, 2) the trainees’ activity during the implementation of the training was 100%, categorized as very good, 3) the averaged value of the training result was (66-79) , or 67 % categorized as good, (80-100) or 33%, categorized as very good, 4) the average renponse of trainees stating “Yes” of response ststatement was 84 %, while stating “No” of response ststatement was 16 %. From the result above, it can be conclude that all of the insturtor’s activity, trainees’ activity, trainees’ response of the making upcycling jeans skirt training at Nurul Falah orphanages Mojokerto could be says in good category. The training result  is also in good category.
