Perbedaan Hasil Jadi Kerah Besty Dengan Lebar Horsehair 2cm, 5cm, dan 10cm Pada Blus

Penelitian membuat kerah besty. Kerah besty adalah kerah yang bentuknya tegak melebar. Penelitian membuat kerah besty dengan menggunakan lebar horsehair 2cm, 5cm, 10cm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah a). untuk mengetahui hasil jadi kerah besty dengan menggunakan lebar horsehair 2 cm, 5 cm dan 10 cm pada blus. b). untuk mengatahui perbedaan hasil jadi kerah besty dengan menggunakan lebar horsehair 2 cm, 5 cm dan 10 cm pada blus. c).Untuk mengetahui hasil terbaik kerah besty dari lebar horsehair 2cm, 5cm dan 10 cm.

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen, metode pengambilan data yang digunakan metode observasi terhadap hasil jadi kerah besty, terdapat 3 variabel, variabel bebas yakni ukuran lebar horsehair yaitu 2cm,5cm,10cm.variabel terikat yakni hasil jadi kerah besty ditinjau dari aspek bentuk, ketegakkan, hasil jadi dengan desain. dan Variabel kontrol adalah model, kerah besty pada blus, orang yang menjahit kerah besty, mesin jahit, bahan pokok, ukuran dan pola. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi yaitu menggunakan  checklist yang diamati oleh 30 orang observer diantaranya 5 observer ahli dan 25 adalah observer yang telah menempuh mata kuliah konstruksi pola 1 dan lanjut. Untuk analisis data menggunakan anova tunggal.

Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan, hasil jadi kerah besty pada blus. a). Pada aspek bentuk kerah besty ukuran lebar horsehair 2cm dikategorikan baik,ukuran lebar horsehair 5cm dikategorikan sangat baik, sedangkan ukuran lebar horsehair 10cm dikategorikan sangat baik. Pada aspek ketegakkan kerah besty ukuran lebar 2cm dikategorikan baik, ukuran lebar horsehair 5cm dikategorikan sangat baik, sedangkan ukuran lebar horsehair 10cm dikategorikan baik. Pada Kesesuaian Hasil Jadi Kerah Besty Dengan Desain ukuran lebar 2cm dikategorikan baik, ukuran lebar horsehair 5cm dikategorikan sangat baik, sedangkan ukuran lebar horsehair 10cm dikategorikan sangat baik. b). Ada perbedaan ukuran lebar horsehair pada blus, ukuran lebar horsehair 2 cm, 5 cm dan 10 cm ditinjau dari aspek bentuk ρ= 0.031<0.05, aspek ketegakkan ρ= 0.041<0.05, aspek hasil jadi kerah besty dengan desain ρ= 0.017<0.05, dari ketiga aspek hasil anova tunggal dikatakan signifikan. c). Ditinjau dari aspek bentuk, ketegakkan dan hasil jadi kerah besty terbaik adalah pada ukuran lebar horsehair 5 cm.

Abstract

This research was to make besty collar. Besty collar is collar which shape is standing up and widen. This research was to made besty collar using horsehair wide 2 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm. the aims of this research were a) to know the outcome of besty collar by using horsehair wide 2 cm, 5 cm, and  10 cm on blouse. b) to know the differences of the besty collar outcome by using horsehair wide 2 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm on blouse. c) to know the best outcome of besty collar of horsehair wide 2 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm.

This research was pre-experimental research. Data collecting method used was observation on besty collar product. There were 3 variables, independent variable, that was horsehair wide, 2 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm, dependent variable, that was besty collar viewed from aspects of shape, standing up, design similarity, and control variable, that were model of besty collar on blouse, people who was sewing besty collar, sewing machine, main fabric, size and pattern. Data collection method was observation with using check list that observed by 30 observers, 5 observers were expert and 25 observers were students who accomplished lesson of Pattern Construction 1 and Advanced Pattern Construction. Data analysis used was one way anova.

  Result of this research shows that the outcome of besty collar on blouse: a) At aspect of besty collar shape with horsehair wide 2 cm was categorized good, horsehair wide 5cm categorized very good, while horsehair wide 10 cm categorized very good. At aspect standing of besty collar horsehair wide 2 cm categorized good, horsehair wide 5 cm categorized very good, while horsehair wide 10 cm categorized good. At aspect of design similarity of besty collar with wide 2 cm categorized good, horsehair wide 5 cm categorized very good, while horsehair wide 10 cm categorized very good. b) There were differences of horsehair wide on blouse, size of horsehair wide 2 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm viewed from aspects of shape ρ= 0.031<0.05, standing ρ= 0.041<0.05, design similarity ρ= 0.017<0.05. From three aspects of one way anova result it could be said significant. c) Viewed from aspects of shape, standing, and design similarity of besty collar the best outcome of besty collar was on horsehair wide 5 cm.
