LIBERATICA is an international journal published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Surabaya with scope digital business law, data protection law, IPR and company law.
The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed. The accepted research articles will be available online (free download) following the journal peer-reviewing process. The language used in this journal is English.

FOCUS AND SCOPE
LIBERATICA is an international journal published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. LIBERATICA has published a legal periodical publishing articles from both academic research and legal practice.
LIBERATICA reach readers and authors internationally (Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Western Europe) and publishes an article after going through a peer-review process.
This journal aims to publish original research articles (4000 - 7000 words), which include but are not limited to works from the following domains:
- Digital Business Law
- Personal Data Protection Law
- Company Law
- Commercialization of Intellectual Property Rights
PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Review process of LIBERATICA uses a double-blind review process. Manuscript that has been read by editorial members according to their specialization through the LIBERATICA's template. The manuscript then sent to two reviewers anonymously. Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author. The Editor will inform the results of the review to the corresponding author.
The final decision of manuscript acceptance is made by Editor in Chief together with Editorial Board according to reviewers' critical comments based on four tipes of decisions:
- Accepted.
- Accepted by Revisions
- Rejected (reason : out of scope, plagiarsim, low novelty rate)
To avoid plagiarism, the similarity level is no more than 20%.
PUBLICATION FREQUENCY
LIBERATICA published in 3 (three) number in a year (June, October, February).
Each number consists of 6 (six) articles in english.
OPEN ACCESS POLICY
All articles published Open Access so it will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA). Authors and readers can download and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well as interfuse, transform for any purpose, even commercially, with appropriate credit (cite to the article or content) and provide a link to the license in quotation form.
AUTHOR PROCESSING CHARGES
Authors are not charged for the publication of their articles.
