Pengembangan Desa Wisata Edukasi Migas Teksas Wonocolo di Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Desa Wonocolo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Desa Wisata pada tahun 2016. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan Desa Wisata Edukasi Migas Teksas Wonocolo yang dilakukan oleh pengelola desa wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan Desa Wisata Edukasi Migas Teksas Wonocolo. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan fokus penelitiannya menggunakan teori perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengembangan pariwisata di daerah tujuan wisata menurut Suwantoro dengan kajiannya meliputi Obyek dan Daya Tarik Wisata, Prasarana Wisata, Sarana Wisata, Tatalaksana/Infrastruktur, dan Masyarakat/Lingkungan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan Pengembangan Desa Wisata Edukasi Migas Teksas Wonocolo dilihat dari aspek obyek dan daya tarik wisata, terdapat beberapa obyek wisata yang menjadi daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung mulai dari wisata alam, jalur adventure, museum Rumah Singgah dan kuliner. Pada aspek prasarana wisata, Kelompok Sadar Wisata bekerjasama dengan masyarakat menyediakan mushola, toilet, warung makan, tempat parkir dan sebagainya. Dari aspek sarana wisata, Kelompok Sadar Wisata telah menyediakan homestay/penginapan, gazebo dan alat transportasi untuk wisatawan. Dari aspek tatalaksana/infrastruktur, pemerintah desa telah mengukuhkan Kelompok Sadar Wisata, namun pemerintah desa masih belum menyusun peraturan desa (PerDes) tentang Desa Wisata. Selanjutnya dari aspek masyarakat/lingkungan, pemerintah telah melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Respon dari masyarakat terkait adanya desa wisata positif, akan tetapi masih terdapat hambatan terkait pola pikir (mindset) masyarakat yang membutuhkan proses agar mau beralih dari penambang minyak dan hanya mengandalkan kehidupan melalui penambangan minyak secara tradisional yang memiliki resiko tinggi untuk menjadi menyedia jasa wisata. Saran yang diberikan peneliti adalah pengelola Desa Wisata Edukasi Migas Teksas Wonocolo seperti pemerintah desa dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Little Texas Petrolium perlu saling berkordinasi dengan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam membuat Peraturan Desa (PerDes) tentang pengelolaan desa wisata yang mencakup biaya jasa wisata secara terorganisir, penarikan tiket masuk wisatawan, dan penarikan membayar parkir yang legal.

Abstract

Wonocolo village is one of the villages in Bojonegoro regency which has been designated as Tourism Village in 2016. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a Migas Teksas Wonocolo Education Tourism Village conducted by the tourist village manager. This study aims to describe and analyze the development of Migas Textas Wonocolo Tourism Village. Research type used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. While the focus of his research using the theory of planning, implementation, and development of tourism in tourist destinations according to Suwantoro with his study include Object and Tourism Attractions, Tourist Infrastructure, Tourist Facilities, The Regulation/Infrastructure, and Community/Environment with Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using data analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results indicate that efforts to Development of Migas Teksas Wonocolo Education Tourism viewed from the aspect of objects and tourist attraction, there are several attractions that become the attraction of tourists to visit ranging from nature tourism, adventure lines, museums and culinary Houses. In the aspect of tourism infrastructure, Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in cooperation with the community provides musholla, toilets, food stalls, parking lots and so forth. From the aspect of tourism facilities, Travel Awarness Group (Pokdarwis) has provided homestay, gazebo and transportation for tourists. From the regulation/infrastructure aspect, the village government has established the Travel Awarness Group, but the village government still has not arranged village regulations on Tourism Village. Furthermore, from the aspect of community/environment, the government has conducted socialization and training. The response from the community related to the positive tourist village, but there are still obstacles related to the mindset of people who need the process of wanting to switch from oil miners and rely solely on life through traditional oil mining that has a high risk to become a tourist services provider. The suggestion given by the researcher is the manager of Migas Teksas Wonocolo Education Tourism like village government and Travel Awarness Group (Pokdarwis) Little Texas Petrolium need to coordinate with Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency in making Village Regulation about the management of tourist village which includes the cost of tourism services in an organized, withdrawal of tourist passes, and withdrawals paid for legal parking.
