Abstract

Abstrak

Salah satu alternatif penanggulangan distribusi darah di Kabupaten Lumajang, UTD PMI Kabupaten Lumajang menjalankan program Blood Jek. Program Blood Jek adalah sistem layanan yang dirancang untuk menjamin kualitas darah, menjaga keualitas darah, dan memudahkan permintaan darah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian yang digunakan adalah variabel komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sudah cukup baik dalam penyampaian informasi yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana program kepada kelompok sasaran, kejelasan informasi belum cukup baik karena ketidaklengkapan identitas pasien pada form permintaan darah. Sedangkan untuk konsistensi materi sudah cukup konsisten. Sumber daya manusia dalam pelaksanaan program Blood Jek masih kurang dalam segi jumlah petugas Blood Jek. Fasilitas atau sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan program Blood Jek masih kurang baik. Untuk aspek disposisi, sikap implementator program Blood Jek sudah cukup baik, dan adanya insentif yang diberikan kepada implementator juga sudah baik. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan program Blood Jek sudah sesuai dengan SOP. Saran dari peneliti yaitu penambahan petugas Blood Jek, penambahan fasilitas sarana sepeda motor dalam layanan program Blood Jek, perbaikan prasarana gedung agar lebih luas dalam pelaksanaan program Blood Jek di UTD PMI Kabupaten Lumajang.

Abstarct

One alternative for the control of blood distribution in Lumajang Regency, UTD PMI Lumajang Regency runs the Blood Jek program. The Blood Jek program is a service system designed to guarantee blood quality, maintain data quality, and facilitate blood demand. In its implementation, the community and the Hospital understood enough about the Jek Blood program but the lack of blood delivery officers in the Jek Blood program, the number of facilities and infrastructure lacking in the implementation of the Blood Jek program at UTD PMI Lumajang Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of the research used is variable communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the information provided by program implementers was sufficiently good for the target group, information clarity was not good enough because of the incompleteness of the patients identity on the blood request form. As for the consistency of the material is quite consistent. Human resources in implementing the Blood Jek program are still lacking in terms of the number of Blood Jek officers. Facilities or facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of the Blood Jek program are still not good. For the disposition aspect, the attitude of the Blood Jek program implementer was quite good, and the incentives provided to the implementers were also good. While the implementation of the Blood Jek program is in accordance with the SOP. Suggestions from researchers were the shooting of the Jek Blood Officer, adding motorcycle facilities in the Blood Jek program service, improving building infrastructure to make it wider in the implementation of the Blood Jek program at UTD PMI Lumajang Regency.
