IMPLEMENTASI GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SEDATI GEDE 2 SEDATI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

Ketrampilan literasi yang baik dapat membantu generasi muda dalam memahami informasi baik lisan maupun
tulisan. Gerakan Literasi Sekolah merupakan salah satu kegiatan literasi dan bentuk kesadaran pemerintah akan
pentingnya membangun budaya literasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Melalui permendikbud nomor 23 Tahun 2015
mengenai Penumbuhan Budi Pekerti, bupati sidoarjo mengesahkan peraturan bupati nomor 104 tahun 2016
mengenai Pedoman Pelaksanaan Literasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mendeskripsikan implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sedati Gede II Sedati
Kabupaten Sidoarjo.lPeran Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Pustakawan, dan Wali murid sangat berperan aktif terhadap
implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah.lPenelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan
kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sedati Gede II Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo.lObyek
penelitian ini adalah implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah.lData dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara
mendalam, dan studi literatur. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SDN
Sedati Gede II Sedati Sidoarjo dapat menaikkan tingkat minat baca siswa. Pada variabel Standart, sasaran dan
tujuan kebijakan sudah sesuai dengan standart, sasaran dan tujuan kebijakan. Pada variabel sumber daya telah
memenuhi segala sumber daya yang ada untuk pelaksanaan kebijakan. Pada indikator karakteristik pelaksana
sangat mendukung adanya Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Pada variabel Komunikasi antar organisasi terkait dengan
kegiatan pelaksana sudah terjalin komunikasi yang baik. Pada variabel disposisi atau sikap pelaksana bertanggung
jawab atas apa yang ditugaskan. Pada variable lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan politik dalam GLS ini memang
terjadi hambatan karena pihak orang tua ada yang mengeluh karena mereka harus bekerja dan tidak bisa
mengawasi anaknya terlalu sering.

Good literacy skills can help the younger generation understand information both spoken and written. The School
Literacy Movement is one of the literacy activities and a form of government awareness of the importance of
building a literacy culture in the world of education. Through “Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan”
number 23 of 2015 concerning Cultivation of Character, the regent of Sidoarjo ratified the regent's regulation
number 104 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Literacy in Sidoarjo Regency. The purpose
of this study is to describe the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at Sedati Gede II Sedati
Elementary School, Sidoarjo Regency. The roles of school principals, teachers, librarians, and guardians of
students play an active role in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement. This study uses a descriptive
method with a qualitative approach. The research location is Sedati Gede II Sedati Elementary School, Sidoarjo
Regency. The object of this research is the implementation of the School Literacy Movement. Data were collected
through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. This article shows that the implementation of the
School Literacy Movement at SDN Sedati Gede II Sedati Sidoarjo can increase the level of students' reading
interest. In the Standard variable, policy goals and objectives are in accordance with the standards, objectives, and
policy objectives. The resource variable has fulfilled all available resources for policy implementation. The
indicators for the characteristics of the implementer strongly support the School Literacy Movement. In the
communication variable between organizations related to implementing activities, good communication has been
established. The disposition variable or the attitude of the implementer is responsible for what is assigned. In the
social, economic, and political environment variables in this GLS, there are indeed obstacles because the parents
complain that they have to work and cannot supervise their children. too often.
