Dampak Perubahan Pemanfaatan Lahan Pertanian Menjadi Objek Wisata Terhadap Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat di Desa Ketapanrame Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto (Studi Kasus Objek Wisata Sumber Gempong Trawas)

Perubahan pemanfaatan lahan merupakan pemanfaatan peruntukan seluruh atau sebagian lahan menjadi peruntukan lain yang dianggap dapat meningkatkan nilai manfaat dari lahan tersebut. Wisata Sumber Gempong adalah salah satu contoh perubahan pemanfaatan lahan pertanian menjadi objek wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk menganalisis dampak perubahan pemanfaatan lahan pertanian menjadi objek wisata terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame. 2) untuk menganalisis dampak perubahan pemanfaatan lahan pertanian menjadi objek wisata terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 98 responden masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji T.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) perubahan pemanfaatan lahan pertanian menjadi objek wisata berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) = 69,6% menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi kondisi sosial dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan tersebut. Uji-t juga membuktikan bahwa t-hitung= 6,359 > t-tabel = 1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. 2) perubahan pemanfaatan lahan pertanian menjadi objek wisata berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) = 67,9% menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi kondisi ekonomi dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan tersebut. Uji-t juga membuktikan bahwa t-hitung = 3,426 > t-tabel = 1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

A change in land use is the use of all or part of the land to another use that is considered to increase the value of the benefits of the land. Sumber Gempong Tourism is one example of changing the use of agricultural land into a tourist attraction. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the impact of changes in the use of agricultural land into tourist attractions on the social conditions of the people of Ketapanrame Village. 2) to analyze the impact of changes in the use of agricultural land into tourist attractions on the economic condition of the people of Ketapanrame Village.

This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive method. The data collection technique used questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents of the Ketapanrame Village community, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test, a determination coefficient test, and a T test.

The results of the study show that 1) the change in the use of agricultural land into a tourist attraction has a significant impact on the social conditions of the people of Ketapanrame Village.
