PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN PORTOFOLIO MATA PELAJARAN BAHASAINDONESIA PADA KURIKULUM TINGKAT SATUAN PENDIDIKAN SMP KELAS VIISEMESTER GANJIL

Abstract

Abstrak
KTSP menghendaki penilaian autentik sebagai teknik penilaian. Salah satu penilaian autentik yang efektif
adalah penilaian portofolio. Sayangnya, penilaian portofolio jarang diterapkan disekolah oleh guru karena
sulitnya menyusun instrumen penilaian portofolio. Masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi Bagaimana
proses, kualitas, dan implementasi pengembangan instrumen penilaian portofolio mata pelajaran Bahasa
Indonesia pada kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan kelas VII semester ganjil yang dikembangkan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses, kualitas, dan implementasi pengembangan
instrumen penilaian portofolio mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada kurikulum tingkat satuan
pendidikan kelas VII semester ganjil yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses
pengembangan sesuai dengan model pengembangan Fienrich yang meliputi tahap analisis, tahap
perencanaan, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap implementasi. Kualitas Instrumen
penilaian portofolio sangat memenuhi dengan rata-rata 87,51% mencakup validitas prediktif, validitas
isi, validitas konstruk, dan validitas konkuren. Dampak implementasi terhadap nilai siswa dampak sangat
baik dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yang mencapai 87,20, Aktivitas siswa 42,86% menunjukkan aktivitas
sangat baik, aktivitas guru 44,44% menunjukkan aktivitas baik, respon guru 66,66% menyatakan setuju
dengan angket implementasi instrumen portofolio, dan respon siswa 49,1% juga menyatakan setuju
terhadap angket implementasi instrumen portofolio sesuai dengan pendeskripsian modifikasi skala likert.

Abstract
KTSP requires authentic assessment as a evaluation technique. One of effective authentic assessment is a
portfolio assessment. Unfortunately, portfolio assessment is rarely applied in schools by teachers because
of the difficulty of preparing a portfolio assessment instrument. With the formulation of the problem as
follows How does the development of portfolio assessment instruments of Indonesian Languages
accordance SMP’s KTSP at first semester of grade VII, How is the quality of portfolio assessment
instruments of Indonesian Languages accordance SMP’s KTSP at first semester of grade VII and how the
implementation of portfolio assessment instruments of Indonesian Languages accordance SMP’s KTSP at
first semester of grade VII. The results showed the development process is according to the model
development stage Fienrich covering analysis, planning, design stage, development stage, and the
implementation phase. The quality is very fulfilling portfolio assessment instruments with an average
87.51% includes predictive validity, content validity, construct validity, and concurrent validity. The impact
of the implementation of the impact of student scores very well with the average value of the class to reach
87.20, 42.86% student activity showed excellent activity, the activity of 44.44% teachers showed good
activity, 66.66% teachers' responses agreed with the implementation questionnaire instrument portfolio and
49.1% of student responses to the questionnaire also agreed implementation in accordance with the
description of the portfolio instrument modified Likert scale.
