Abstract

Imperatif speech act is an utterance or expression aims to express an order or command. Imperative speech can be
expressed directly or explicitly, which is conveyed openly by using a sentence forms that shows the intention. The
purpose of this study is to describe the forms of direct imperative speech as well as the cost benefit scale in direct
imperative speech contained in the anime Sengoku Basara season 1 by Yasuyuki Muto, this research is a
descriptive qualitative research with data collection using listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis
in this research is done by using agih method. The theory in this research follows the theory of Yokota (2007) and
Masamune (2000) about the form of direct imperative speech act. 76 data were found in this research with the
following results: nine forms of direct imperative speech forms were found, which include: ~??????~??
~????~????~????~?/~??~????~???+ ??~?????~??/?? .
