Abstract

Smash merupakan teknik menyerang utama dalam bola voli yang membutuhkan kecepatan, kekuatan, dan akurasi. Keberhasilan teknik ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fisik atlet, terutama daya ledak otot lengan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi daya ledak lengan terhadap peningkatan akurasi smash melalui tinjauan pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai studi nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Temuan tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa daya ledak otot lengan memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan akurasi smash, dengan kontribusi berkisar antara 25% hingga 41%. Atlet dengan daya ledak yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kontrol motorik yang lebih baik, yang memungkinkan eksekusi smash yang lebih akurat dan bertenaga. Selain itu, latihan pliometrik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot lengan, yang secara tidak langsung meningkatkan performa smash. Studi-studi tersebut juga menyoroti pentingnya koordinasi gerakan tubuh secara keseluruhan, termasuk keterlibatan otot inti dan tubuh bagian bawah dalam menghasilkan kekuatan pukulan yang maksimal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan daya ledak otot lengan merupakan aspek krusial dari program latihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi smash bola voli.
