Abstrak

Studi ini menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris faktor-faktor penentu Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Formal di Pulau Jawa, di tengah tantangan dominasi sektor informal dan percepatan transformasi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Akses Internet, Pendidikan, dan Investasi terhadap Tingkat Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Formal di 6 provinsi Pulau Jawa pada periode 2015–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik Republik Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Akses Internet, Pendidikan, dan Investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Formal di Pulau Jawa. Secara Parsial, Akses Internet berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, serta Investasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Formal di Pulau Jawa.
