Penerapan Program Latihan Fisik Atlet Putri Bolavoli Porprov Kabupaten Kediri 2023

Abstract

Physical conditioning is the main aspect to support optimal athlete performance in a competition. Physical exercise has a purpose and must be carried out by an athlete in earnest. The athlete's physical conditioning has a very important role in the athlete's training program. Through routine training, sooner or later, athletes will experience increased physical abilities in biomotor endurance, strength, speed and agility. Volleyball is a team sport in which there is a physical biomotor needed to support technical and tactical aspects. The physical biomotors needed in volleyball are strength, endurance, speed and agility. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the physical training program given to female volleyball athletes in Kediri Regency. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with test and measurement data collection techniques. The subjects of this study were 14 women's volleyball athletes in Kediri Regency who were at the Kediri Resort Police.Forms of physical exercise programs include adaptive anatomy using circuit training, strength training using weight training, interval training using TUJA shuttle run, and circuit training for power endurance. From the research, it was found that there was an increase in the results of physical biomotor measurement tests, namely the 20m sprint, Illinois agility run, medicine ball throw, vertical jump, MFT. The 20m sprint test was for physical speed biomotor, Illinois agility run for agility biomotor, medicine ball throw for arm muscle power, vertical jump for leg muscle power, and Multistage Fitness Test for endurance.  It was concluded that the training program provided was very effective and significantly increased the physical biomotor abilities of endurance, strength, speed, and agility.
