Submission Preparation Checklist
											
					As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
					
													- 
								The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
							
 
													- 
								The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
							
 
													- 
								Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
							
 
													- 
								The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
							
 
													- 
								The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
							
 
											
				 
			
							
					
						Author Guidelines
											
					General Guidelines
- Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the Journal of Culinary and Hospitality (JCH) template. Template Article
 
- Each new paragraph should be clearly indicated. Tables and figure legends should be presented on separate pages at the end of the manuscript.
 
- All pages must be numbered consecutively. Manuscripts should be spell-checked using reliable word-processing tools before submission.
 
- Avoid excessive use of italics, bold, or underlining within the main text.
 
- Manuscripts should be written clearly, concisely, and logically, with a maximum length of 4,000 words.
 
- The paper should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia using correct academic language and structure.
 
 
Manuscript Structure
- Title
The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the paper (maximum 15 words). 
- Author Information
 
Include the full name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and email address of the corresponding author.
- Abstract
The abstract must be 200–250 words, informative, and self-contained. It should summarize the research objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions. The abstract should be written in past tense and presented in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
- Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main topics of the paper. Keywords assist in indexing and searchability. 
- Introduction
The introduction should clearly explain the background, research problem, relevant literature, research objectives, and the novelty or innovation of the study. It must be understandable to readers from various disciplines within culinary and hospitality fields. 
- Methodology
This section should describe the research design, procedures, materials, and data analysis methods. References supporting the methods used should be cited properly. 
- Results and Discussion
 
Results should be presented clearly, supported by tables or figures (centered). The discussion should interpret the findings comprehensively and relate them to previous studies or theoretical frameworks.
- Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the main findings, linking back to the research objectives stated in the introduction. It may also include implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research or practical applications. 
- References
Only references cited in the text should appear in the reference list. References must follow APA 7th edition style and include recent, relevant, and credible sources. 
Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be placed at the end of the manuscript with clear titles and numbering.
 
- Each figure and table must be referred to in the main text.
 
- Images should be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
 
Review and Submission
- Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines will be returned for revision before review.
 
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.
