Archiving & Repository Policy

Journal of Digital Business and Innovation Management (JDBIM) is committed to ensuring the continued accessibility, integrity, and preservation of its published scholarly content.

Electronic Backup

The official Version of Record (VoR) of all published articles is maintained on the JDBIM website. Published articles and essential journal files are periodically backed up and securely stored in the publisher-managed Google Drive of JDBIM, separately from the primary journal server, and may be used for restoration in the event of data loss, server failure, or other technical disruption.

Digital Preservation Strategy

JDBIM maintains redundant copies of published articles and essential publication data, which may be restored or migrated as needed to maintain continued accessibility following technical failures or changes in publishing infrastructure.

Published content is also deposited with Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), a national digital reference platform that indexes and preserves Indonesian scholarly publications, ensuring long-term accessibility and visibility of JDBIM's  content.
