Focus and Scope
The Journal invites original articles and is not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All topics of office administration are welcome, including Office Administration, Business Communication, Business Services, Office Technology Automation, Office System Analysis, Record Management, Digital Information, Secretary, and Quality Management of Office.
The journal publishes outcomes, as well as proposed approaches to Office Administration in Public or Business Service, challenges that must provide evidence of usefulness and effectiveness. Applications of Office Administration in Public or Business Service, papers are also welcome, although the papers should present novel implementations of Office Administration approaches that improve the performance of the application domain compared to the other established approach.
