BAGAIMANA AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING?

Abstrak

Educational achievement can be achieved by maximizing the effectiveness of learning activities through the application of appropriate and appropriate learning methods, but in fact, learning activities tend to be still dominated by teachers, so this causes a lack of involvement in student activities and less than optimal learning outcomes but this can be overcome by using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This study aims to find out whether there is an increase in student activities and learning outcomes on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) material, with the research subjects being grade XI students majoring in Digital Business at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya using the PBL learning model. This type of research is a clas action research that is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of the process of planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection carried out at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya with the subject of research being 34 students of grade XI BD 2. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The results showed an increase in student activity and learning outcomes after using the PBL learning model. The percentage of student learning activities in Cycle I was 60.9% and in Cycle II was 80.3%. The percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 65.7% and in cycle II was 88.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student activity and learning outcomes after the application of PBL model learning in CRM material.
