SURVEI KUALITAS RUMPUT LAPANGAN STADION PENYELENGGARA PERTANDINGAN SEPAKBOLA (Stadion Tempat Peserta Liga Resmi PSSI yang Ada di Jawa Timur)

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Field is a major factor in the stadium that became a means event organizers official football match. Although not the only determinant factor of a good pitch, but the quality of the grass court can provide comfort for each player, which had a positive impact on team performance. In East Java, there are 6 (six) stadium became the home base PSSI official league participant clubs, namely Indonesia Super League (ISL), including the Bung Tomo Stadium, Bangkalan Stadium , Kanjuruhan Stadium, Petrokimia Stadium, Surajaya Stadium, and Brawijaya Stadium. This study was conducted aimed to determine the feasibility of a field turf stadium referral Indonesia Super League (ISL) located in East Java and its influence on the performance of teams and players. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research as a kind of research and observation, interviews, and documentation as a research instrument. From the observation of the study showed that the Bung Tomo Stadium wearing grass species Pultiva Hanii Evergreen and Bangkalan Stadium wear Zoysia Matrella grass species with a flat ground surface, both with field turf stadium hosted worthy professional. Kanjuruhan Stadium and Petrokimia Stadium wearing the type of elephant grass with a flat ground surface but hard, both were in grade II stadium with a grass field hosted the most worthy professional. While Surajaya Stadium wearing Bermuda grass and Brawijaya Stadium odot elephant grass species with uneven ground surface, both were in grade III turf field stadium with worthy to hold the professional game. From interviews to the coaches and players who occupy the stadium referral club Indonesia Super League (ISL) located in East Java, which amounted to 36 respondents, showed that 33 of respondents stated that the field conditions affect the performance of the team and the players on the field, while 3 respondents stated no effect.
