KEPUASAN MEMBER PADA PROGRAM PERSONAL TRAINER DI CELEBRITY FITNESS SUPERMALL

Olahraga pada dasarnya merupakan kebutuhan setiap manusia, agar kondisi fisik dan kesehatannya selalu terjaga oleh sebab itu sejalan dengan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan maka saat ini banyak pula tempat kebugaran yang tersebar diberbagai daerah dan khususnya diperkotaan, salah satunya pusat kebugaran celebrity fitness dengan menyediakan tempat kebugaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kepuasan member pada program personal trainer di celebrity fitnessdan bentuk-bentuk program personal trainer di celebrity fitness.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan intrumen penelitian dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan perhitungan dengan skala likert.Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan dimensi kualitasnya dimensi Tangibles (Bukti Langsung) yaitu sebesar 93.4%, yang berarti sangat memuaskan, dimensi Reliability (Kehandalan) yaitu sebesar 93.4% yang berarti sangat memuaskan, dimensi Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap) yaitu sebesar 93.2% yang berarti sangat memuaskan, dimensi Assurance (Jaminan) yaitu sebesar 92.4% yang berarti sangat memuaskan, dimensi Empathy (Empati) yaitu sebesar 91.8% yang berarti sangat memuaskan. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi atau kinerja pada keseluruhan mengenai program yang diberikan personal trainer pada member dengan dimensi tersebut memiliki kinerja sangat memuaskan dengan rata-rata total persepsi atau kinerja sebesar92.84% dan Bentu-bentuk program di celebrity fitness yaitu: Better Body Shape, Better Muscle Strengst, Better Athletic Performance, Better Healt And Fitness

Abstract

Basically sprort is every human needs, that his physical condition and health is always awake therefore in line with public awareness of the importance of health so today many fitness centers that are spread throughout the region and particularly in urban, one pleace health is celebritty fitness by providing fitness health. This study aims to identify and describe the satisfaction of the members on the program at celebrity fitness personal trainer and forms program in celebrity fitness personal trainer.

This study used a qualitative approach that uses research instruments with observation, interview and questionnaire data were analyzed using a calculation method with Likert scale.

Results of this research is based on the calculation of the dimensions of the quality dimension Tangibles (direct evidence) that is equal to 93.4%, which means very satisfactory, dimensions Reliability (reliability) is equal to 93.4%, which means very satisfactory, dimensions Responsiveness (Response) that is equal to 93.2%, which means a very satisfactory, dimensions Assurance (Guarantee) in the amount of 92.4%, which means very satisfactory, the dimensions Empathy (Empathy) that is equal to 91.8%, which means it is very satisfying.So it can be seen that the perception or the overall performance of the program are given a personal trainer at the member with the dimensions of performance is very satisfactory with an average total perception or performance of 92.84%.and Frams program in the celebrity fitness is: Better Body Shape, Better Muscle Strengst, Better Athletic Performance, Better Healt And Fitness
