PENGARUH MODEL LATIHAN PLYOMETRICROPE JUMP DAN LATIHAN NAIK TURUN BANGKU 40 CM TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BLOCK PEMAIN BOLAVOLI REMAJA PUTRA SMA NEGERI 1 NGANJUK.
Abstract
Permainan bolavoli akan memiliki kualitas permainan dengan pemain mampu menguasai teknik dasar dengan baik dan didukung dengan kemampuan fisik yang memadai. Dengan hal itu semua pemain dapat menampilkan permainan bolavoli yang terampil. Memiliki kemampuan block yang baik adalah modal utama bagi para pemain bolavoli. Sehingga untuk memiliki modal itu perlulah latihan diantaranya latihan plyometric rope jump dan latihan naik turun bangku untuk menunjang meningkatkan kemampuan block pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh model latihan plyometricrope jump dan latihan naik turun bangku 40 cm terhadap kemampuanblock pemain bolavoli remaja putra. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk usia 16-18 tahun dengan sampel 12 orang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen, sedangkan proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan test pre-test dan post-test.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, diketahui rata-rata kemampuan block pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk, untuk latihan rope jump pre-test diperoleh rata-rata 267,6 dan standart deviasi sebesar 11,26 sedangkan post-test diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 273,3 dan standart deviasi sebesar 12,40 dan data naik turun bangku pre-test sebesar 266,6 dan standart deviasi sebesar 10,75 sedangkan post-test diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 271,1 dan standart deviasi sebesar 11,56 untuk selisih pada pre-test dan post-test rope jump diperoleh rata-rata sebesar -5,66 standart deviasi sebesar 1,20. Sedangkan pada pre-test dan post-test naik turun bangku diperoleh rata-rata sebesar -5,16 dan standar deviasi 1,16.
Latihan rope jump berpengaruh terhadap kemapuan block pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk dengan hasil -2,39 1,81. Dengan kata lain bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan rope jump dan naik turun bangku terhadap kemampuan block pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk. Sedangkan untuk kelompok yang diberikan latihan naik turun bangku dengan hasil -2,38 1,81. Dengan kata lain bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan naik turun bangku dan rope jump terhadap kemampuan block pemain bolavoli remaja putra 0,328 1,8. Jadi ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan block antara kelompok latihan rope jump dan kelompok latihan naik turun bangku. Dengan kata lain bahwa yang paling maksimal dicapai oleh pemain bolavoli remaja putra SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk setelah diberikan latihan rope jump.

Volleyballgamewill have quality of the game with players who are able to master basic techniques well and are supported with adequate physical ability. By having those, all players can perform a skilled volleyball game. Having well-block ability becomes a good asset for volleyball players. Therefore, having those assets requires exercises, such as, the plyometricropejump training and the harvard step test training to support as well as to improve the block ability of young volleyball players at state senior high school 1 Nganjuk.
This study aimed to determine theeffect ofplyometric rope jump training model and 40 cm harvard step test toward block ability of young volleyballplayers. The subjectsof the studywere young volleyball players at state senior high school 1 Nganjuk, by taking 12 people samples aged 16-18 years. The methodin this studywasan experimental researchmethod, whilethe process ofdata collection was by giving pre-test and post-test.
Based on the result of calculation conducted, it is known that the average of block ability of young volleyball players at state senior high school 1 Nganjuk, it is obtained that pre-test of rope jump exercise was 267.6 and the standard deviation was 11.26 while the post-test was in the average of273.3 by standard deviation 12.40. The Harvard Step Test data was 266.6 and the standard deviation was 10.75 while post-test gained an average of 271.1 and standard deviation of 11.56 for the difference in the pre-test and a post-test rope jump resulted by an average of -5.66 by standard deviation of 1.20. While on the pre-test and a post-test Harvard step test by an average of -5.16 by standard deviation 1.16.
Rope jump training affected the ability to block of young volleyball players at state senior high school 1 Nganjuk in the result of -2.39 1.81. In other words, there was significant difference between the Rope Jump training and Harvard Step Test toward the block ability of young volleyball players, while for the group which was given the Harvard Step Test training, it is obtained the -2.38 1.81. In other words, there was also a significant difference between the training of Harvard step test and rope jump to the ability block young volleyball players 0.328 1.8. There was a significant difference toward block ability between the group of rope jump and Harvard step test training. In conclusion, the young volleyball players in State Senior High School 1 Nganjuk achieved maximum after being given the Rope Jump training.
