Abstract
We know that the moment to get balanced nutrition fit our daily needs is extremely difficult but we are required to meet the daily nutritional needs us to support the performance of organs or muscles in performing daily activities. In addition we also have to maintain nutrition and increase physical fitness as physical fitness can support our daily activities. Without good physical fitness, it is easy to feel tired and susceptible to various diseases. Between nutrition and physical fitness has a significant relationship it is evident in the research relationship Kesgaran Physical Nutritional Status Of Men In Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo Buduran.
