Perguruan tinggi perlu mengetahui apa dan bagaimana kriteria dosen profesional yang diharapkan oleh para mahasiswanya, itu merupakan salah satu cara untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Secara teoritis para ahli telah menetapkan atau mendefenisikan bagaimana kriteria dosen profesional, namun sebagai pelanggan perguruan tinggi mahasiswa harus dilibatkan dalam penetapan kriteria tersebut. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja dosen terhadap mahasiswa Jurusan Penkesrek Prodi IKOR Fakultas Ilmu Olahragaan sebagai pelanggan perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik pengisian angket oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya penilaian kinerja dosen sampai pada kategori cukup puas. Kompetensi pedagogik , kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial merupakan penilaian kinerja dosen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil penelitian penilaian kinerja dosen masih perlu ada evaluasi bersama, agar dapat mencapai kategori puas seluruhnya.

ABSTRACT

Universities need to know what and how the criteria of professional lecturers are expected by their students, it is one way to provide the best service. Theoretically, experts have defined or defined the criteria of professional lecturers, but as customers, college students must be involved in determining these criteria. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of the lecturer on students of the Department of Sports Science as a customer of higher education. Qualitative descriptive approach is the method used in this research. Data was collected using questionnaire filling techniques by respondents. The results of the study show that the performance appraisal of lecturers reaches the category of satisfaction and satisfaction. Pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence are lecturers performance assessments. It can be concluded that from the results of the lecturer performance appraisal research there still needs to be a joint evaluation, in order to achieve the full satisfaction category.
