ANALISIS PEMBINAAN CABANG OLAHRAGA SEPAKBOLA DI SSB BINTANG MUDA JOMBANG JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the coaching carried out at the Bintang Muda Jombang Football School (SSB) in accordance with good standards. The method used in this research is to use qualitative methods with research instruments of interviews, documentation, and references. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the role of the management is in good criteria, because the management accommodates common interests and supports the athlete's performance. (2) the recruitment of coaches falls into good criteria, because the recruitment criteria are in accordance with coaching standards, namely having a license with at least having been an amateur player. (3) the training program falls into the moderate category, covering basic exercises for running, dribbling, kicking, and control. (4) athlete recruitment is in the good category, because it utilizes various kinds of social media and brochures with certain terms and conditions. (5) the facilities and infrastructure are in the good category, because the equipment standards have met PSSI standards. (6) the source of funds is in the good category, because it is sufficient for the needs and interests of coaches, administrators and athletes. (7) the role of parents is included in good criteria, because parents are very supportive of children's activities. (8) The success of soccer coaching is in good criteria, because there are many achievements. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the coaching process has good standards according to the components in it.
