EVALUATION OF SPORT FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT IN GOR SASANA KRIDA KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are very important for every region, because they can revive and develop several sectors such as regional income, potential athletes, more productive people to live healthy. In Probolinggo Regency itself has several sports facilities and infrastructure, but they are still lacking in terms of maintenance and maintenance. The existence of this study aims to evaluate the existing conditions with the community's assessment of the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Sasana Krida Sports Hall. The method used in this research is a survey, with the data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 22 respondents who had used Sasana Krida Sports Hall. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis which was presented in the form of a percentage.The results showed that the existing conditions with community assessment have the following categories as tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. The community and managers provide a good assessment, but in the category of assurance the community has a poor response in terms of safe field conditions because there are several parquets that can easily be separated from the series, so that it can endanger the community and athletes who are using the field.
