HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN OTOT LENGAN, OTOT PERUT DAN KONSENTRASI DENGAN KETEPATAN SHOOTING ATLET BOLA TANGAN PUTRA KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

Abstract

Handball is a relatively new achievement sport that is developing in Indonesia and the East Java region because Handball only appeared in 2015 in the East Java area, this sport requires good physicality and good endurance and is supported by good techniques, one of which is technique. basic shooting / shooting, this is very important because it is used to attack opponents and to score points. This research was taken based on the data collection of measurements and tests of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscles and concentration on the accuracy of shooting male athletes in Lamongan Regency as many as 14 people as the main instrument as well as the basis for taking research data, because in accordance with the problems and answers to these problems, including manpower, time and facilities. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistical method. The result data from the research states that the arm muscle strength variable (has a value of r count 0.241 <r table 0.440). It is evident that small and large arm muscle strength does not correlate with shooting accuracy. The variable of abdominal muscle strength (has a value of r count 0.044 <r table 0.440). It is evident that small and large abdominal muscle strength does not correlate with shooting accuracy. The concentration variable (has a value of r count 0.010 <r table 0.440). It is proven that good and bad concentration do not correlate with shooting accuracy. The three independent variables, namely: arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, concentration (has a value of Fcount 1.308 <F table 3.71). It is evident that the small ability and magnitude of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength and concentration together do not correlate with shooting accuracy.
