Background: Corona virus is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract, in Indonesia Covid-19 continues to increase so
that people are urged to carry out activities at home. With activities at home, it results in a decrease in physical activity in
people who spend more time playing on cellphones, have irregular sleep patterns, and gain weight so they are very
susceptible to being infected in the ederly with Covid-19. Purpose: Based on the background of this literature review, it
aims to see the effect of contact on the Corona-19 Virus. Methods: In accordance with the problem, in a literature review
using qualitative methods, in compiling literature through searches or searches for published articles or journals. Results:
The results from the literature to get sports activities can improve the immune system, mental health, metabolic health,
muscle strength and cardiovascular function. The benefits of exercise with the appropriate intensity and programmed will
increase the immune system in especially the elderly. For sports activities, it is recommended to do aerobic and anaerobic
exercise at home. So sports activities have a good effect on physical fitness to overcome the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
