ANALISIS FAKTOR KEMENANGAN PERSEBAYA DAN KEGAGALAN PERSIJA PADA PERTANDINGAN FINAL PIALA GUBERNUR JAWA TIMUR 2020

Abstract

Football is a sport that is popular and favored by Indonesians today. This can be seen through the enthusiasm of the Indonesian people for the sport of football at this time, from children to adults who are all so enthusiastic when discussing football. The game of football can be said to be a very interesting sport and can be played by all age groups, because basically the game of football was created with the concept of a game that is played by highlighting the element of fun and played in teams. The 2020 East Java Governor's Cup is a pre-season tournament ahead of the 2020 Shopee Liga 1 competition and competing for the East Java Provincial Governor's Cup. There were 8 teams participating, including Persebaya Surabaya, Arema Malang, Madura United, Persik Kediri, Persela Lamongan, Sabah FA, Persija Jakarta, and Bhayangkara FC which were divided into 2 groups. Talking about data, we will work with the branch of statistics which includes how to collect data, summarize data, process and present data, how to draw conclusions from the results of analysis, how to determine decisions within certain risk limits based on existing strategies. The difference is the statistics that are run are the data that exist in sports events, and if in football, it is related to the data when the match takes place and during training. In this match, although Persija was able to keep up with the games presented by Persebaya in the first half thanks to the direction and changes in tactics given by coach Aji Santoso, Persebaya Surabaya dominated the game more than Persija Jakarta in the second half. This is evidenced by several statistical data above, one of which is the percentage of ball possession won by Persebaya with a value of 54% while Persija is only able to get 46%. Apart from that, overall the match statistics were also Persebaya which was superior to Persija in the second half.
