ANALISIS FAKTOR KEBERHASILAN BAYERN MUNCHEN VS PARIS SAINT GERMAIN DI FINAL UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2020

Abstract

Football is a sport that is loved by many people from all walks of life and ages. This sport can be played anywhere so that children can play freely and can channel their talents. This research aims to determine the success factors of Bayern Munich vs Paris Saint Germain in the 2020 UEFA Champions League final. This research uses a quantitative type by using a descriptive approach and data recorded in observation sheets. Bayern Munich won the match 0-1. Starting the game with a 4-3-3 formation and not putting a pure playmaker Paris Saint Germain only got 39% ball possession with 339 passes and 262 successful passes, while Bayern Munich started with a 4-2-3-1 formation with Thiago as a playmaker, managed to get 69% ball possession with 548 passes and 462 successful passes. Bayern Munich got 12 shoot with 2 on target, 3 off target, and 3 on the opponent's block, while Paris Saint Germain only got 9 shoot with 3 on target, 3 off target, and 3 in the opponent's block. Mental and calm are the keys for Bayern Munich to win the 2020 Champions League final.
