Abstract

Some common benefits that can be obtained if you do yoga exercises. Is to increase strength, improve flexibility, practice balance, reduce pain, practice breathing, perform organ function, inner calm reduce depression and stress, alert the body, and increase concentration and intelligence. As for physical activity or yoga exercise, it can improve the quality of life of children with autism. It is also important for autistic children to have their bodies active in motion and to improve their motor skills. It can also be used as a form of therapy to improve concentration and social communication skills. And verifying behavioral issues.

            Based on the results from table 4.6, it can be explained that the pretest average of 69.14 and increased to 89.43 at posttest, with significant 0.000 < 0.05. it may be assumed that there is a significant impact of yoga exercises on gross motor imitation in children with autism at SLB Autism Mutiara Hati Sidoarjo.
